Support centres are located in the Americas, Asia Pacific and Europe, providing assistance in a wide variety of languages. Each centre is staffed by teams of highly skilled and motivated Support Analysts – professionals who are eager to answer customers’ questions and tackle any CODA software issues.
Since the earliest days of CODA, the Support team has worked with customers to keep their CODA solution running smoothly and meeting the needs of every user – from quicker, more accurate transaction processing, to sophisticated analysis and financial intelligence for information consumers across the whole enterprise.
With over 22 years’ experience of helping customers from all over the world, the team combines a wealth of general and specialized expertise to help customers, by using:

- in-depth knowledge of using and optimizing each application
